Schools & Universities

Celebrate Messiah is regularly invited by schools to deliver presentations for a class, chapel service, or religious studies enrichment program. Schools typically book us to teach on the Passover and other Jewish festivals, foods and customs.  Our presentations are suitable for upper primary and secondary students. All of our outreach workers hold Australian-issued Working with Children’s Check Cards.

In addition, Celebrate Messiah partners with Bible colleges and universities to deliver a range of tailored presentations for a chapel service, lecture, conference or missions fair. For students of theology, pastoral studies or missiology, our presentations will invigorate their biblical studies, deepen their call to pastoral service and equip them to evangelise “to the Jew first, and also to the Greek”.

School Excursions

Discover the Jewish heart of Melbourne. We offer school excursions in Melbourne, Australia on “Judaism: People, Place and Purpose” and “Messianic Judaism”. These excursions include informative and thought-provoking tours of our Caulfield Messianic Centre in Caulfield South, the Jewish Museum of Australia in St. Kilda, the Holocaust Centre in Elsternwick and Orthodox synagogue. Each tour is enriched with activities and Q&A sessions to develop students’ knowledge and understanding of Judaism and Messianic Judaism. Our outreach worker Barry Buirski hosts each of these excursions. He will work closely with your school representative to ensure the excursion runs smoothly for your group. These excursions are ideal for secondary students of public and private schools, as well as homeschool groups.
