Dr. Brian Rosner, Principal of Ridley College, Melbourne, will speak on “The Jewishness of the Apostle Paul in the Epistles,” exploring Paul’s Jewish heritage and his impact on Christianity.
Dr. Rosner’s father, an Austrian Jew, became a believer in Jesus while living as a refugee in Shanghai. Growing up in a devout family valuing education, Brian earned three degrees from different countries, including a prize-winning PhD from Cambridge University. An internationally renowned New Testament scholar, Brian is a member of the Studiorum Novi Testamenti Societas, the Holman Christian Standard Bible Translation Oversight Committee, and a Humboldt fellow in Germany. He has authored or edited a dozen books. Brian is married to Natalie, with four children and two grandchildren. Known and loved by God, he finds his adequacy in God as he serves as Principal of Ridley College.
Dr. Darrell Bock, Senior Research Professor of New Testament Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary and Executive Director of the Hendricks Center for Cultural Engagement, will speak on “How to Have Difficult Conversations about Faith.” He will offer valuable insights and practical strategies for navigating challenging discussions about faith with grace and wisdom.
A Jewish believer in Yeshua, Dr. Bock is a renowned Humboldt Scholar (Tübingen University, Germany) and has authored over 40 books, including acclaimed commentaries on Luke and Acts, studies on the historical Jesus, and work in cultural engagement as host of the seminary’s Table Podcasts. He is also a New York Times best-selling author.
Dr. Bock serves on the boards of Wheaton College and Chosen People Ministries and is frequently featured in media as a New Testament expert. Married to Sally for over 40 years, he is a proud father of three and grandfather. A sports fanatic, he eagerly follows his favorite Houston teams, even in the early hours of the morning.
